SYNRKO Membership Terms & Conditions

By purchasing a membership or class pack at SYNKRO, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read carefully.

1. General Terms

These terms apply to all members and participants attending classes, purchasing memberships, or using class packs at SYNKRO. These terms may be updated periodically, and it is the member’s responsibility to stay informed about any changes.

2. Cancellations & Late Cancellations

• Cancellation Window:
  Members must cancel their bookings no later than 12 hours before the scheduled class time to avoid penalties.

• Late Cancellations:
  If you cancel within the 12-hour window prior to the class start time, you will forfeit your class credit. No refunds or credits will be issued for late cancellations.

• No Shows:
  Failure to attend a booked class without prior cancellation will be treated as a late cancellation, and your class credit will be forfeited.

3. Class Pack Terms

• Single Class:
  The single class pack is valid for 1 week from the date of purchase. Unused credits will expire after 1 week and are non-refundable and with no exceptions of extensions.

• 5 Class Package:
  The 5 class package is valid for 1 month from the date of purchase. Unused credits will expire after 1 month and are non-refundable with no option for extensions.

• 10 Class Package:
  The 10 class package is valid for 2 months from the date of purchase. 
  Unused credits will expire after 2 months and are non-refundable with no options for extensions. 

4. Class Entry Policy

• No Late Entry:
  To ensure the safety and proper flow of the class, we do not allow late entry. The studio doors will be locked at the start of the class, and participants who arrive after the scheduled start time will not be admitted.

• Arriving Early:
  We recommend arriving at least 5 minutes before the class begins to allow time for check-in and to prepare for the session.

5. Conduct During Class

• No Phones:
  To maintain a focused and respectful environment, phones must be silenced or turned off during class.

• Filming:

  Please respect the privacy of others. Filming ONLY if there are other clients not present in the video. You will be asked to delete any photos or images containing other students in your content.

6. Membership Transfers

• Membership Transfers:
  Memberships and class packs are non-transferable to other individuals or accounts.

7. Studio Etiquette & Health Requirements

• Health & Safety:
  Please inform your instructor of any injuries, health concerns, or conditions that may affect your ability to participate in class.

• Studio Etiquette:
  Please be courteous and respect others by maintaining a clean and organized space. We ask that you clean any equipment you use and respect the studio’s time by arriving and leaving promptly.

• Footwear:
  Indoor sneakers or grip socks are required to attend the class. No dirty/outdoor sneakers to be permitted in the room for hygiene reasons.

8. Liability & Waiver

• All participants must sign a Waiver before attending their first class. By participating in any classes, you acknowledge and accept the risks involved in physical activity, and release the studio, instructors, and other participants from any liability for injuries or accidents.

• Waiver Signature:
  A signed waiver is required for all members and class pack users. 

9. Payment & Refunds

• Payment for Classes:
  Payment for classes, membership packages, and any additional services must be made prior to attending the class.

• Refunds:
  Memberships, class packs, and any paid services are non-refundable, except in the case of a medical emergency or other valid reason, which will be assessed on a case-by-case basis.

10. Studio Rights

• Changes to Schedule:
  SYNKRO reserves the right to change class schedules, instructors, or cancel classes at any time. We will notify you in advance of any significant changes.

• Right to Refuse Service:
  The studio reserves the right to refuse entry or membership to any individual who does not adhere to the studio’s policies or maintains disruptive behavior.
